If you want to restore your Xbox 360 console settings to the settings that it came from Microsoft, you will need to reset your Xbox 360 console to factory default settings. When you reset your Xbox to them settings, the console and family settings get deleted, the game save data, gamer profile and installed games on the hard drive will remain and wont get removed.
